Frank specialises in urban property, particularly in tourism, investment and industrial properties. He’s been with the team since 1992, and is active in the business community.
An experienced valuer and consultant, Frank works closely with clients, developing and implementing strategic property decisions.

Director Boyd Gross B Agr (Rural Val), Dip Bus Std, FNZIV, FPINZ
Boyd is the company’s primary industries specialist, with a particular focus on viticulture.
Young Valuer of the Year in 1998, Boyd is Chairman of the Property Institute of New Zealand’s Education Committee. He’s been with Logan Stone since 1989 and is recognised nationally as a leading rural property specialist.

Consultant John Reid B.Com (VPM), M Property Studies, FPINZ, FNZIV
John has practiced as a rural and urban valuer in Hawke’s Bay since 1982, joining Logan Stone in 2006 following the merger of his company with Logan Stone.
An experienced professional with wide experience in a diverse range of property types his particular interests include compensation valuations, investment analysis and strategic analysis. John is the current Chairman of the HB Branch of the New Zealand Property Institute. |

Philippa joined Logan Stone in 2003, and undertakes industrial and commercial valuation assignments.

Robert Douglas BBS (VPM), MNZIV, MPINZ
Robert joined Logan Stone in 2000 working in the urban property team, until departing in 2004 to gain overseas experience in Britain and Canada. Returning to New Zealand in 2008 he rejoined Logan Stone as an industrial and commercial valuer and advisor.
Robert has lived in Hawke's Bay most of his life and applies his local knowledge to assist in undertaking valuation assignments and offering property advice. He has value enhancement experience in the management of commercial and industrial properties. |
